Camera Operator/ Graphics Designer Award winning designer and animation specialist Roy Heisler has been working in the design and television industry for over 7 years. At the age of 15, he was offered a job as a staff photographer and darkroom technician for the local newspaper. Throughout his teenage years, he won numerous awards for his photography. He later began to learn programming and animation and was asked to head the Multimedia Department of e.magination, a large e-firm in Baltimore, MD. He then became a broadcast designer for New Blood Media, where he created animation and opening sequences for a sports show named Lacrosse Weekly which aired on Fox Sports Net. He continued combining the web, film and television, into an online campaign for The Lone Gunman, which aired on Fox.
 Roy believes in using any talent you have to excel the lives of the people around you. "I don't spend time behind a computer to make money, I'm trying to make a difference. That is why everyone works so well together. We all have the same philosophy regarding this industry." Roy volunteers his time to help nonprofit organizations with marketing materials to give them a professional web and technology presence. This has enabled organizations such as FreeAChild to thrive and receive funding.   Roy is also the founder and owner of Cutfarm Productions, a design firm specializing in special effects, broadcast design and interactive production. He also teaches multimedia at the Maryland Institute College of Art. His expertise with such applications as After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Shake, 3d Studio Max, Flash and Director, have gained him recognition in the technology, and Film industry with a recent award from Graphic Design USA.
